At MicroPerfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the fragrance vials or bottles in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label provided by our system and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
