Are the fragrances authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic. We decant the perfume directly from the original manufacturer's bottles into our custom-sized travel atomizers and vials.
What are the different sizes available?
We offer several convenient sizes to help you test and enjoy scents, including 0.75ml sample vials, 5ml travel sprays, and 10ml luxury atomizers, as well as full-sized retail bottles.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination.
Can I return a sample if I don't like the scent?
Due to the nature of beauty products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrance samples or decants. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us for a replacement.
How should I store my perfume decants?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your vials in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a drawer or cabinet.
